Memorandum of Understanding
Between
Panha Chiet University
and
S.Ram & M.Ram Resources(a limited liability company)

I. Overseas Aviation Academy a campus of Panha Chiet University

      S.Ram & M.Ram Resources Ltd.

will get into a final, special agreement with Panha Chiet University for provision of additional office space and other facilities, compensation can be agreed between the parties, which can be by way of “fees” or a percentage of gross fees paid by students.
All student fees for Aviation studies will be payable to S.Ram &M.Ram Resources Ltd., but students introduced by Panha Chiet University shall entitle the university to an additional percentage to be agreed. Whereas OCC Consultants Ltd has requested that they be allowed to create a school to be known as “Overseas Aviation Academy” at 6th Floor, Intelligent Office Centre, No. 254 Monivong Blvd, Phnom Penh. It will have the status of a collage “under the umbrella” of Panha Chiet University.
Both the Overseas Aviation Academy and the University will use their best endeavors to make the Overseas Aviation Academy successful and will share profits in a way to be agreed and documented in a separate, additional Memorandum of Agreement. The Oversea Aviation Academy has permission to always allow the display of the name of Overseas Aviation Academy on ISS International School’s premises. All the parties hereby mutually agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • All PCU/ISS students who are entitled to scholarship shall get the training from Overseas Aviation Academy according to the selection proccess and requirments to be decided and sponsored by LACHHU HIRANANADANI CHARITABLE TRUSE registed no. E-18824 (Mumbai).
  • The foreign staff of Overseas Aviation Academy will help teaching the students when they have free time.
  • PCU staff/students shall be invited for all the workshops, conferences facilitated by Overseas Aviation Academy.

II. School of Animation, Digital Asia a campus of Panha Chiet University

  S.Ram & M.Ram Resources Ltd. will get into a final, special agreement with Panha Chiet University for provision of additional office space and other facilities, compensation can be agreed between the parties, which can be by way of “fees” or a percentage of gross fees paid by students.

All student fees for Animation studies will be payable to S.Ram &M.Ram Resources Ltd., but students introduced by Panha Chiet University shall entitle the university to an additional percentage to be agreed. Whereas to be known as “SCHOOL OF ANIMATION, DIGITAL ASIA” at 6th Floor, Intelligent Office Centre, No. 254 Monivong Blvd, Phnom Penh. It will have the status of a collage “under the umbrella” of Panha Chiet University.

Both the School of Animation, Digital Asia and the University will use their best endeavors to make the School of Animation, Digital Asia successful and will share profits in a way to be agreed and documented in a separate, additional Memorandum of Agreement.
